A consultation session can be helpful in getting you started or providing guidance with specific elements. Some couples choose to plan the majority of their wedding on their own and look for help on some areas. While others opt to use a consultation session to help with their event styling and decor selection or ask for professional advice.

What Is A Consultation Session?

Here at Pink Caviar Events, we offer these sessions by the hour. This is to make it easier for clients to gain access to our professional help. Our sessions are ideal for couples who could use a handful of hours to help get their wedding planning on the right track or to sit down with our Stylist to design and create their wedding look. You can book any amount of time with us starting from just one hour. Finally, if you’re not sure how much time you think you’ll need, simply get in touch, and we will help you work it out.

What Can I Use It For?

It is perfect for those seeking a little advice. You can decide what you need help with and how much assistance you need. This may include advice on choosing a venue, menu selection, music and decorations, photographers, celebrants, etc. Our consultations sessions are flexible, allowing you to use them in a variety of ways:

  • Help you get started on the wedding or event planning journey. From setting a budget to checklists
  • Assist with designing and creating your event look, theme or style
  • Answer any burning questions you may have or offer advice on areas you may be stuck on
  • A 2nd set of eyes to check through what you have completed and offer advice or suggestions on things you may have forgotten or left out
  • Help pull all elements of the event together and create the event day run sheet
  • As a gift for someone who is planning their wedding or event, in the form our one of our Gift Certificates
  • Anything else you like!

How Do I Access a Session?

We understand that our clients lead busy lives. We offer clients the ability to conduct a consultation session via different means. You can elect to visit us in our city location or our Hills Consultation Studio. For those who prefer added convenience, we also offer these sessions via a Skype video chat at a time convenient to them.

What To Expect In A Consultation Session?

Before your booked session, your consultant will ask questions to ensure that they are fully versed in what you are looking for. This helps to pinpoint any issues and maximise your time. We want to ensure that you get the most of your session.

At the beginning of your session, your consultant will outline what they will cover and confirm that you are happy with the topics to be discussed. During the session, you are encouraged to ask questions. Your consultant will advise if you are close to running out of time and ask if you wish to continue with another session. You can elect to continue your session time or book another time to continue your discussion.
