Most reception venues will need you to pack away all your items at the end of the night. After a long day of preparation, photos and partying – this can be the last thing on anyone mind. Our Pack Down Service will assist to pack away your items at the end of the night and can either transport to a local address or help pack into a friend or relative’s car.
What’s Included In Our Pack Down Service?
- 1x face-to-face meeting (or via Skype)
- Unlimited contact with our team via phone, text and email
- Assistance with a pack down preparation list
- Presence and assistance from 2x Pink Caviar staff at the end of your wedding reception to pack away your gifts and any of your items quickly and smoothly
- Transport to a local address (within 10km of venue location) or placed into one of your guest’s vehicles
