Objectives & Brief
Visa’s vision was to host an extraordinary, immersive event that moved beyond traditional corporate gatherings. The directive called for a setting that evoked adventure and exploration while remaining polished and luxe, impactful enough to engage attendees both emotionally and aesthetically. The night needed to transport guests into a simulacrum of the wild, while delivering all the trappings of a premium corporate soirée.
Our Approach & Planning
Our design concept came to life through the transformation of the Taronga Zoo Ballroom into a lush tropical escape. Guests were welcomed via a green carpet flanked by life-size animal sculptures and rich greenery, immediately setting a tone of discovery and wonder. Jungle-inspired floral centrepieces, earthy textures, and soft yet intricate lighting merged rustic charm with luxe accents—a visual harmony that echoed the duality of wild and elegant.
To reinforce the theme, we designed bespoke, jungle-style menus. We curated an immersive photo booth setup complete with a lush backdrop and themed signage, allowing every guest to partake in the adventure. Our styling extended into every corner of the space, ensuring a cohesive and captivating experience from arrival to departure.

Event Execution
The evening unfolded as a journey into the wild. The green carpet entrance, rich foliage, and sophisticated décor immediately transported attendees into the jungle narrative. Ambient lighting and carefully selected accessories elevated the atmosphere, weaving together rustic and refined elements. The photo booth became a hit, offering guests an interactive and memorable moment within the thematic environment. Every detail, from styling to flow, was orchestrated to create a seamless, immersive experience.

The attention to detail also extended to the culinary experience, with bespoke jungle-inspired menus crafted to tantalise the senses, further enhancing the adventurous theme.
