Event Overview
Pink Caviar Events was engaged by BNI to deliver high-impact styling for a large-scale gala event held in the iconic ICC Sydney Ballroom. With up to 940 delegates in attendance, the event required styling that could perform at scale while remaining refined, brand-led, and visually striking. Our role was to design and supply custom décor that elevated the ballroom and reinforced BNI’s brand presence throughout the space.

Our Approach & Planning
Pink Caviar Events developed a custom styling concept centred on BNI’s brand colours and identity. The hero element of the design was our custom branded cylinder printed light-up centrepieces, created specifically for this event. These illuminated features provided height, glow, and branding visibility across every table in the ballroom.
To complement the centrepieces, we layered the tables with red glossy charger plates and a curated mix of red and white tealights, adding warmth and depth while maintaining a cohesive colour story.
We also designed and printed custom menus that mirrored the look and feel of the centrepieces, ensuring the branding extended consistently across both décor and stationery. Planning focused heavily on logistics, with precise counts, layout planning, and installation schedules required to service an event of this scale.
Event Execution
On the night, the ICC Sydney Ballroom was transformed into a bold, brand-led event space. The illuminated centrepieces created a striking visual rhythm across the room, instantly elevating the scale and atmosphere of the event. The combination of lighting, glossy chargers, and candlelight delivered a polished yet energetic aesthetic that suited both the formal program and networking components of the evening.
Our team managed the full delivery, installation, and styling of all tables, ensuring consistency across every setting and a flawless presentation from guest arrival through to the final moments of the event.

The BNI event was a standout success, with the styling receiving strong positive feedback for its impact, cohesion, and strong brand alignment. The custom centrepieces not only enhanced the guest experience but also reinforced BNI’s identity throughout the ballroom.
