Glass Slipper (Cinderella)

Ingredients

  • 6 Cracked ice cubes
  • 3 measures gin
  • 1 measure blue Curacao

Method

Place all contents into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass; add a straw, and a sparkler for effect.

The Belle (Beauty & the Beast)

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Limoncello
  • 3 ounces Vodka
  • 1/2 ounces Lemon Juice
  • 1 drop Rose Water
  • 1/2 ounce Chambord Raspberry Liqueur

Method

  1. In a shaker filled of ice add in your Limoncello, Vodka, Lemon Juice, and Rose Water. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
  2. Pour Chambord into your martini glass. Using the back of a bar spoon held up to the inside of the martini glass wall, slowly pour your martini from your shaker onto the back of the spoon to spread evenly into the glass. Raising the spoon as the liquid line fills higher, giving you a layered cocktail effect.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Midori
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1 1/2oz Malibu
  • 2 oz Sprite Lemonade

Method

  1. Pour contents into a cocktail shaker (with ice) and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a martini glass and enjoy!

The Lost Boy Cocktail

Crocodile (Peter Pan)

Ingredients

  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 measure Midori,
  • 1 measure triple sec
  • 2 measures vodka
  • 2 measures lemon juice

Method

Empty contents into the cocktail shaker and shake well; pour into a cocktail glass. A tropical Disney themed cocktail drink with alcohol.

The Crocodile Cocktail

Hakuna Matata (Lion King)

Ingredients

  • 1 oz grenadine or maraschino cherry syrup, or to taste
  • 1 1/2 oz spiced rum
  • 1 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 oz banana liquer
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • Ice

Method

  1. Add grenadine or maraschino cherry syrup to the bottom of each glass (1/2 oz each) and fill each glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the liquors one at a time – spiced rum, banana liquor, and coconut rum (3/4 oz each).
  3. Top with pineapple juice, and garnish with an orange slice for the sun and a maraschino cherry.

Hakuna Matata Cocktail

The Mickey Mouse

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 3 oz Vodka
  • 3/4oz White Chocolate liqueur
  • Oreo cookies
  • Whipped Cream

Method

  1. Place 5 Oreo Cookies into the base of a jar. Add Vokda and muddle well. Set aside
  2. Place 1 1/2 oz (45ml) of the Oreo infused vodka into a blender. Add white chocolate liqueur and vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth
  3. Pour the blended mix into a hurricane glass and top with whipped cream. Garnish with 2 oreos

The Cinderella Mocktail (Cinderella)

Ingredients

  • 7 cl orange juice
  • 5 cl pineapple juice
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl grenadine syrup
  • 4 cl sparkling water

Method

Shake the orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice and grenadine syrup with a few ice cubes. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes and top with sparkling water.

Ingredients

  • 5 cracked ice cubes
  • 1 measure lemon juice
  • 1 measure apricot juice
  • 2 measures sparkling apple juice

Method

Put all the contents into a bowl and stir well; pour into a glass an add a twist or slice of lemon and a sparkler as decoration.

Little-Prince-Mocktail

Ariel, The Little Mermaid (The Little Mermaid)

A layered citrus slushie cocktail. This drink is based on Ariel from the Little Mermaid.

Ingredients
  • 1 oz. (30ml) Orange Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. (22ml) Blue Curacao
  • 3/4 oz. (22ml) Midori Melon Liqueur
  • 3/4 oz. (22ml) Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz. (22ml) Malibu Coconut Rum
  • 3/4 oz. (22ml) Spiced Rum
  • 1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine

Method

  1. Blend orange vodka and blue curaçao with ice until smooth.
  2. Add in melon liqueur, coconut rum, and pineapple juice; blend until smooth
  3. Mix grenadine and spiced rum in a blender with ice until smooth
  4. Layer the drinks in a hurricane glass. Garnish and serve

This is an extremely potent mixture of drinks, not to be taken lightly.

Ingredients

  • Happy Tequila Shot
  • Dopey White rum Shot
  • Grumpy Vodka Shot
  • Doc Whiskey Shot
  • Sneezy Brandy Shot
  • Bashful Dark Rum Shot
  • Sleepy Absinthe
  • Snow White 1 measure Kahlua, 2 measures Baileys Irish Cream, 2 measures Vodka. Stirred

Method

If someone does not know the name of the seven dwarfs, then they must drink the seven dwarfs and then finish off by drinking snow white.

Use shot glasses or colourful test tubes for that extra bit of fun.

How to Make Sugar Syrup

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 4 tablespoons of caster sugar

Method

Put 4 tablespoons of water and 4 tablespoons of caster sugar into a saucepan and continually stir over low heat until all the sugar has dissolved.

Bring to the boil and allow to boil for 1-2 minutes. Allow to cool and refrigerate.
