Hydration Water Station

The hydration water station is a convenient addition to our Simple Wedding Ceremony set-up (or other ceremony setups), offering refreshment and convenience for your guests. It includes a table dressed in your choice of black or white linen, a framed sign, a bowl of individually wrapped mints, two tubs filled with ice, and 50 bottles of water.

To enhance your beverage options, you can include two drink dispensers with infused water or juices and disposable cups and straws for an additional fee. Just let us know at the time of your request. Please provide us with the details of your event, including location and timings, so that we can provide an accurate delivery quote.

It’s important to note that the hydration water station is a self-serve option and does not include wait staff. However, rest assured that the drink station will be set up at least 15 minutes before your ceremony starts, and pack down will take place 2 hours later. If you’d like a personal touch, personalised bottles are also available for an additional charge upon request. Stay hydrated and keep your guests refreshed with our hydration water station.
