We called on Stephanie at Pink Caviar with about a month to go before our big day. We had done really well to plan an amazing day in an incredible venue that was not built for weddings (Parramatta Gaol). We realised that plans are a start, but you can never control everything on the day, and we didn't want to burden our guests with extra responsibilities. Stephanie was amazing on the day. Her calm diligence was priceless. And we really appreciated that she was happy to just fit in with what we had spent so much time planning - offerring perspective and advice without taking over completely. Stephanie and her crew were SO helpful on our big day and we are thankful for their consistent and open communication prior. They were flexible to our needs and set up everything perfectly – We were beyond happy with the vibrant flowers we had requested and the design of the arch and drape.
