The brief required styling that would:

Our Approach & Planning
Pink Caviar developed a styling strategy that combined sophistication with scale. We curated a series of décor elements and centrepieces designed to make an impact across the expansive venue, ensuring visual cohesion and consistency from every vantage point.
Planning focused heavily on logistics management, given the large guest numbers and tight turnaround times. Our team coordinated with venue staff and suppliers to ensure all
installations were carried out seamlessly, without disrupting other event operations.
