Pink Caviar Events was engaged to provide event styling for the JDRF Night of Champ1ons, a large-scale fundraising gala held at Royal Randwick Racecourse in the Winx Stand. The event welcomed more than 400 guests for an evening focused on raising funds and awareness for type 1 diabetes research.
Night of Champ1ons is recognised as one of the major philanthropic events in New South Wales, bringing together corporate leaders, donors, community members and special guests for a night of dining, entertainment and fundraising initiatives.
The event combined multiple elements, including formal presentations, entertainment, auctions and raffles, all designed to support the organisation’s mission and fundraising goals.
For Pink Caviar Events, the role was to create an environment that supported the significance of the cause while still delivering a polished and engaging guest experience.
The Brief
