Pink Caviar Events partnered with QuestX to provide bespoke décor and styling for their flagship Sydney event. QuestX is known for creating a movement of purpose-driven leaders and entrepreneurs, and our task was to design an event environment that reflected the calibre of their brand—premium, innovative, and inspiring.

Our Approach & Planning

Mood boards were developed to align with the QuestX vision—incorporating sleek finishes, subtle textures, and premium centrepieces that elevated the guest experience. Logistics
planning ensured seamless bump-in and bump-out, supporting a fast-paced event environment.
