In October 2023, Pink Caviar Events partnered with The Special Olympics to create a truly remarkable Gala Fundraising Dinner at the iconic Luna Park. Focusing on event styling, we embarked on a mission to transform this cherished venue into a vibrant and uplifting space, reflecting the spirit of unity and empowerment that defines the Special Olympics movement.

Colourful Celebration of Diversity: The heart of The Special Olympics Celebration beats with the rhythm of inclusivity and diversity. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant tapestry of cultures and talents represented by The Special Olympics athletes, we infused Luna Park with a kaleidoscope of colours, patterns, and textures. From bold primary hues symbolising strength and resilience to whimsical accents reflecting the joy of camaraderie, every element of our event styling celebrated the unique spirit of each participant and guest.

About the Client
Special Olympics Australia is part of a global sporting community for people with an intellectual disability. They have been transforming the lives of people with an intellectual disability for almost 50 years.
The global sporting community was pioneered by the late Eunice Kennedy Shriver, sister to US President John F Kennedy, as well as Rosemary, who had an intellectual disability. Today, the Special Olympics supports over 5 million athletes in 177 countries.
