Pink Caviar Events was engaged by the University of Newcastle to supply a statement décor feature for their Student Gala, an event designed to celebrate student life with energy, colour, and personality. Our role was to deliver and install our LED RGB light-up heart arch, a visually striking installation that instantly elevated the atmosphere and created a vibrant focal point for the evening.

Our Approach & Planning
Pink Caviar Events planned the logistics carefully, factoring in regional travel, installation timing, and weather conditions. On the day of the event, our team drove just over two hours to reach the venue, transporting and preparing the LED RGB heart arch for installation.
With temperatures soaring to 40 degrees, careful planning and efficient execution were essential. Our team ensured the arch was installed safely and securely, tested all lighting elements, and calibrated the RGB settings to deliver maximum visual impact once the event commenced.
Event Execution
Despite the challenging conditions, the installation was completed seamlessly. The LED RGB heart arch immediately became a standout feature of the Student Gala, glowing in vibrant colours and setting the tone for a lively, celebratory evening.
