Stephanie Cassimatis is a PMP® certified Project Manager and Certified Event Manager (CEM, PCOA), specialising in turning complex event briefs into structured, well-executed outcomes. Her career spans tourism, events, construction and facilities management, giving her a uniquely well-rounded perspective across both strategic planning and operational delivery.
Stephanie founded Pink Caviar Events in 2013, bringing together strategy, creativity and structured event delivery. She has since led the team in delivering conferences, corporate events and high-visibility experiences for government, associations and enterprise organisations, with a strong reputation for clarity, precision and calm on-site leadership.
With formal qualifications across tourism, events, project management, construction and change management, Stephanie brings a disciplined, cross-industry approach to event delivery. Her work is defined by clear thinking, structured execution and consistently high standards.
